* This second hand / used pasteuriser is rated 2000 litres/hr but could be increased to 3000 litres/hr with larger holding tubes.It was used in a dairy situation and will hold milk at 72 degrees C (degrees centigrade) for 15 seconds.
* Also comes with a diverter valve for taking milk off for cheese production (at a lower pasteurisation temp).
* Included with the pastueriser are a balance tank (about 100 litres and contains CIP) plus plate heat exchanger, controller and chart recorder.
* The pasteuriser is on a skid type mount measuring around (to be confirmed) 2.4m x 1.8m x <2m high.

for high sensitivity on a range of different (wet or dry) product food products / uses.
